The first signs of aging usually are perceived at the face level. Various surgery and micro-invasive techniques will help provide a young and fresh appearance to your face.

Otoplasty — also known as cosmetic ear surgery — is a procedure to change the shape, position or size of the ears. The patient might choose to have otoplasty ifs/he is bothered by how far the ears stick out from the head. S/he might also consider otoplasty if the ear or ears are misshapen due to an injury or birth defect.

Rhinoplasty is surgery that remodels and changes the shape of the nose. The motivation for rhinoplasty may be to change the appearance of the nose, improve breathing, or both.

The upper portion of the structure of the nose is bone, and the lower portion is cartilage.Rhinoplasty can change bone, cartilage, skin or all three to provide a natural reshaped nose, perfectly integrated in harmony to the face as the whole.

Blepharoplasty is a type of surgery that repairs droopy eyelids and may involve removing excess skin, muscle and fat. As we age, our eyelids stretch, and the muscles supporting them weaken. As a result, excess fat may gather above and below the eyelids, causing sagging eyebrows, droopy upper lids, and bags under the eyes.

Besides making us look older, severely sagging skin around the eyes can reduce side vision (peripheral vision), especially the upper and outer parts of the field of vision. Blepharoplasty can reduce or eliminate these vision problems and make eyes appear younger and more alert.

Lipofilling — also referred as free fat transfer or fat grafting — is a procedure to fill up different face areas with the patient’s own body fat. This is a highly efficient procedure as it is not very invasive and produces natural results.

The fat used for fat transfer can be extracted from any part of the body, such as by liposuction of the abdomen or thighs, and the fat will be injected where needed. This cosmetic procedure can be used to rejuvenate the face, augment the cheeks or lips, or correct problems such as hollowness around the eyes or scars.

A face-lift (rhytidectomy) is a cosmetic surgical procedure to create a younger appearance in the face, by reducing sagging or folds of skin on the cheeks and jawline, in addition to other changes in the shape of the face that occur with age. A face-lift can be performed on both women and men.

Duringa face-lift, a flap of skin on each side of the face is pulled back, and tissue below the skin is surgically altered to return the contour of the face to amore youthful shape. Before the flap is sutured closed, excess skin is removed.

There are several types of face-lift:

1. Cervico-facial lift

the most frequently performed type of face-lift, to surgically correct aging from the temples to the jowls. It is there positioning of the muscles and the adaptation of the skin to the level of the face and neck. Such an operation will not change the shape and appearance of the face. On the contrary, the simple restoration of the different anatomical structures of the face and neck (skin, muscle, fat) helps to regain the patient’s looks as they were many years ago.

Cervico-facial lift is a combination of:

  • face lift (cheekbones, cheeks, facial oval)
  • neck lift (platysmaplasty) to reduce fat deposits and sagging skin on the neck, and to redefine the angle between the chin and the neck
  • lifting of the temporal region(forehead, eyebrows)

2. Medio-facial or centro-facial lift

a surgical intervention on the central part of the face, especially the hollow of the dark rings under the eyes, the lower eyelids, and the cheekbones, but also on the naso-labial fold(vertical wrinkles that go from the top of the nose to the mouth).

These signs of aging affect the facial expression and can make the face look tired or sad.

The centro-facial lift will help to create facial harmony, and replaces the anatomic structures in a position that looks much younger.

3.Temporal lift

lifts the outside corner or “tail” of the forehead, which is located on the temple (the lateral forehead). It does not alter the middle of the brow or forehead area at all. It also has the effect of lifting the cheek tissues and helping to alleviate sagging at the corner of the eyes, hence rejuvenating and lightening the look of the eyes.
